Welcome to our website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using any part of this website or booking a trip through us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website is operated by Dimitra Travels, a luxury travel planning company based in Delaware, USA. Our services include both fully customized travel packages and curated group retreats ("Travel with Dimitra").

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Custom Travel Planning

A signed service agreement and planning fee are required to begin.

Final cost depends on trip design, accommodations, activities, and upgrades.

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined in your client agreement.
Group Trips (“Travel with Dimitra”)

A non-refundable deposit (typically $1,000 per person) is required to secure your spot.

Remaining balance is due by the date specified at booking (usually 90 days prior to departure).

Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your spot.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation policies vary by trip and vendor. Details will be provided in your trip agreement.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. CHANGES TO ITINERARIES
We reserve the right to make changes to trip itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to availability, safety, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always strive to maintain the integrity and quality of your experience.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, health forms, etc.) for your destination(s). We will advise on requirements but are not responsible for denied boarding or entry.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand that travel involves some degree of personal risk. You agree to release Dimitra Yoga and its affiliates from any liability related to illness, injury, delays, or loss that may occur during your trip.
We may request health or dietary information in advance to support your experience. All personal information is stored securely and handled with confidentiality.

7. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips and may be required for certain retreats. Insurance should include coverage for medical care, trip interruption, cancellation, and baggage loss.
We are happy to recommend providers but do not sell insurance directly.

8. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
We may use trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transportation, local guides). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these providers. However, we vet each partner to ensure quality and compliance.

9. CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group trip whose behavior negatively affects the experience of others, without refund. All guests are expected to treat others with respect and kindness.

10. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how your data is collected, stored, and used.

11. DISPUTES
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be handled through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
