Each retreat is thoughtfully designed and fully planned for you. Packages typically include your boutique accommodations, curated wellness experiences, guided activities, daily breakfasts, and select group meals. While most details are handled, a few elements—like flights, certain meals, optional excursions, gratuities, and travel insurance—are not included.
Yes! If you'd like to arrive early or stay longer, we’re happy to help arrange additional nights, local activities, or personalized extensions so you can make the most of your journey.
No experience required! All sessions are optional, beginner-friendly, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. You can participate as much or as little as you’d like.
Flights, select lunches or dinners, optional excursions, spa treatments, gratuities, and travel insurance are generally not part of the package. However, we provide guidance and recommendations to make booking these extras seamless.
Yes. After your deposit, payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
If you prefer something other than the standard 50% non-refundable payment, we are happy to explore a flexible installment plan that works for both of us, with the full balance due approximately 90 days prior to departure, unless specified at the time of booking.
Yes. Most retreats offer both shared and private accommodations. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your preferred option early.

Yes. While flights aren’t included, we provide personalized recommendations and help coordinate airport transfers to make your arrival and departure effortless.

Absolutely. While we offer thoughtfully curated group experiences and daily activities, every itinerary includes intentional space to slow down—whether that means resting, wandering solo, or soaking in your surroundings. Many retreats also feature a full free day for you to explore, recharge, or simply follow your own rhythm.
We keep our groups small and personal, usually 8–18 travelers depending on the destination. This creates a more luxurious, immersive, and connected experience.
Both! Many of our travelers come solo and leave with lifelong connections, while others bring a partner, friend, or family member. These journeys are designed to make everyone feel welcome.
To request a spot, simply click the button under your chosen trip and submit the form. Once received, we’ll confirm availability and collect a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
Most clients choose to move forward with a 50% non-refundable payment, with the remaining balance due approximately 90 days before departure. (Flexible payment options are available.)
Yes—your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the final date of travel. This is a common requirement for many countries and helps ensure smooth entry and exit during your journey.
If your passport expires before then, we recommend renewing it well in advance of your departure date to avoid any delays or disruptions.
